The inspiration behind my business is my daughter who was diagnosed with Parkes Weber Syndrome (PWS) 4 years ago. PWS is a rare congenital condition characterized by a large number of abnormal blood vessels. There is no cure for PWS but there is a way to manage it by wearing compression socks to reduce the pain and swelling.

Beginning the journey of finding compression socks that a teenager could wear confidently was proven difficult. Most compression socks have fun and outgoing designs with bright colors. I decided that I would start my own business selling compression socks so that people who would like simpler compression socks or something that they could wear with confidence. After 3 years I found the right vendor that could make compression socks that looked like socks and began the process of starting my business.
